James R. Estepp
James R. Estepp is the president of the Board of Directors for Imagine Andrews Public Charter School. Estepp has been an influential member of the Prince George’s County business community for many years. His organization, the Andrews Business Alliance, helps to spur business and development in the areas surrounding Andrews Air Force Base. Estepp works closely with senior base leadership as a liaison to the Prince George’s County community.
In addition to Alliance, he serves as director of operations for the Greater Prince George’s Business Roundtable in Bowie. Estepp received a BA in History from Rutgers University.

Robyn R. Owens serves as the vice-president of the Board of Directors for Imagine Andrews Public Charter School. Robyn is the Director, Corporate Partnerships at United Way of the National Capital Area where she spent the last 12 years providing leadership in the areas of fundraising, strategic planning and volunteer management. Robyn joined United Way after providing over 20 years of service in the health care industry. During her tenure in health care, she worked with leading industry companies such as UnitedHealthcare, CIGNA, Health Plans of America and Group Health Association.
Robyn received her MA in General Business Management from Bowie State University and her BS in Consumer Management from Howard University. Robyn resides in Prince George’s County Maryland with her husband Anthony and two daughters Micalah and Sydney.
Dr. Crystal Cleveland serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Imagine Andrews Public Charter School. After being displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2006, Dr. Cleveland settled in Prince George's County, and has been a pillar in her community ever since. In 2007, Dr. Cleveland received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Xavier University of Louisiana
Judge Tiffany H. Anderson is a member of the Board of Directors for Imagine Andrews Public Charter School. She is a judge serving on the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. Prior to her appointment to the Circuit Court, Judge Anderson was appointed as a judge to the District Court of Maryland for Prince George's County, and later appointed as that court’s Administrative Judge. She is the first African American woman in the state of Maryland to hold this position. As the Administrative Judge for the District Court of Maryland for Prince George's County, she served as that court’s Chief Judge. She was responsible for the administration of that court, its 17 judges, 200 staff members, budget and procurement functions and its trial calendars and dockets. Judge Anderson has been active with the Maryland State Bar Association' s High School Mock Trial Program within Prince George's County for almost 20 years and enjoys working with children and introducing them to public speaking.
Major Jennifer Stewart is a member of the Board of Directors for Imagine Andrews Public Charter School. Major Stewart has been assigned to Joint Base Andrews for 1 year and is the Operations Officer for the Force Support Squadron. She is responsible for the daily operations of over 750 military and civilian personnel in providing community and sustainment services support, mortuary and casualty support, military and civilian personnel, manpower and organization, professional military education, career enhancement, airman and family readiness, and education services to approximately 60,000 military and civilian personnel, family members, and retirees in the National Capital Region and world-wide.
Major Stewart has been in the Air Force for over 10 years covering five assignments. She received the Master Instructor certification from the United States Officer Training School, Air Education and Training Command as well as a MS in Human Resource Management from Troy State University.
Lieutenant Colonel Christopher M. Kuester is a member of the Board of Directors for Imagine Andrews Public Charter School. Lt Col Kuester has been assigned to Joint Base Andrews for 2 years and is the Deputy Mission Support Group Commander. He is responsible for 1500 personnel that provide engineering, contracting, logistics, HR and Community Support to the Joint Base Andrews populous. Additionally he is the Community Partnership liaison. In this capacity he advocates for cross functional partnerships that bolster both base and community programs.
Lt Col Kuester has been in the Air Force for over 20 years covering 12 assignments. He received a BS in Construction Management from Purdue University, an MBA from Touro University International and an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies.
