Imagine Andrews is open to all children living in Prince George’s County, and it is tuition-free. In order to enroll your child at Imagine Andrews, you must apply through our online lottery process.

The open enrollment period for the 2012-2013 school year has ended. Our new online application system was big success. Thank you to everyone who participated! In order to provide the strongest guarantee of equity in access, a computerized lottery drawing will be held on April 6. Once the lottery is completed, all parents/guardians will receive letters informing them of each child’s status (accepted or wait-listed) beginning the week of April 16.

Parent/Student Handbook

The Parent/Student Handbook is designed to inform you of the basic school policies and procedures. Please download your copy here and use it as a reference when questions arise. It is one of the many ways that we can ensure a consistent message is being delivered between school and home. Please review it together with your child.

Agenda Books

Agenda books provide a home-to-school connection and will be available on the first day of school. Agenda books are mandatory for all grades at Imagine Andrews and are used to show subjects covered in class and homework assignments, to record daily behavior, and other means of parent-to-teacher communication.

It is imperative that you ensure your child has his/her agenda book each day and that you check your child’s agenda book daily for teacher correspondence. Also, check daily for informal notes from the teachers or from our staff.

The cost for the agenda book and Monday folder is $6.00 (for both). Only cash or money orders (made payable to: “Imagine Andrews Public Charter School”) will be accepted.
