Parent-Teacher Organization

All members of the Imagine Andrews PCS community strive to be models of good character, upholding the vision of the school’s core values and communicating this vision through positive interactions with students, staff members, parents, and others. One of the most visible displays of this interaction involves family and community member participation in the parent-teacher organization (PTO).

Like most schools, Imagine Andrews maintains an active PTO as a way to provide the families of our students with a voice to speak on behalf of every child and the best tools to help their children be safe, healthy, and successful — in school and in life. The mission of the Imagine Andrews PTO is to establish and nurture a close relationship between the parents, teachers, and students by advancing opportunities in the home, school, and community of the school.

The PTO provides assistance to teachers in classroom settings, raises funds for supplemental educational materials and experiences, supports school and family social interaction, and provides a non-biased forum for sharing information on issues that impact our children. It is our belief that the team effort of a parent-teacher organization offers the best possible learning environment for our children.

PTO Needs You

Why should you support the PTO? For one thing, it’s part of the Imagine Andrews philosophy to encourage parental and guardian participation. For another, it is important for your child(ren) to see you get involved with school activities. And the PTO always needs volunteers. However, we know that the time commitment is sometimes difficult to manage. In that case, we offer many ways for you to help.

Please check this page periodically, as we will be posting more information about, and soliciting members for, the Imagine Andrews PTO.
