Access Badge Pick-up

Parents may retrieve their base access badge from The Visitors' Center on Joint Base Andrews after August 10, 2016.

Open House

Please note:  Since our rising sixth graders (who were formerly 5th graders at Imagine Andrews) are not going to a new school, we do not participate in the Prince George's County Middle School orientation.  However, we will host an Imagine Andrews Open House on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. for all new students/parents to Imagine Andrews Public Charter School.  This is a time where new parents and students will be able to tour the school building and take a sneak peak into the classrooms before the first day of school. There is not a formal presentation. Back-to-School Night will serve as the formal presentation and has been scheduled for Thursday, September  8, 2016. (More information to follow for Back to School Night)

The Imagine Andrews Lottery has now closed.  Please check back in November 2016 for lottery open enrollment information for the 2017/2018 School Year.

All Military Families who enrolled in the lottery during the February 16th – May 16th open enrollment period will be notified by May 25, 2016 if your student lottery number was selected to attend Imagine Andrews or if your student was placed on the waitlist.  Feel free to contact Tina Chavis at tina.johnson@imagineschools.org or 301.316.1802 ext 22 if you have any questions.

Youth Center Closed: September 2, 2016

The Youth Development Center will be closed on September 2, 2016. Please make arrangements to pick scholars up from school at 2:40PM (K-4) & 3:10PM (5-8).

Dismissal Times: Slight Change

Beginning the 2016-2017 school year, all students in grades K-4 will be dismissed at 2:40 p.m. and students in grades 5-8 will be dismissed at 3:10 p.m. Parents who have children in both elementary (K-4) and middle school should not retrieve their children until the 3:10 p.m. dismissal. Children in grades K-4 who have siblings in middle school will be placed in a supervised classroom until their older sibling is called over the walkie-talkie to be dismissed.
